Returns

We accept both domestic and International returns.

Our policy is 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All returns will be accepted unless the goods have been opened. We cannot accept the return of opened goods as they are non-saleable for  hygiene purposes. To complete your return, it is required that you provide an order number or proof of purchase for sales that did not come from the website.

Refunds 

Once we receive your return and it has been inspected, you will receive an email notification that we have received your returned item(s) and we notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed and applied to your original method of payment, within 10 days.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund, please contact your card company, it can take between 5-7 days for the funds to clear. If you have followed all of the steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@symplyhealth.co.uk.

Exchanges 

We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email hello@symplyhealth.co.uk.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless the item is damaged or defective, in which case the cost of returning goods are the responsibility of Symply Health Limited. 

Reasonable care must be taken when packaging the parcel and returning it so that goods are not damaged in transit. You are advised to use a carrier that offers both tracking and insurance.
