Where it all began
In 2009 our founder had an unfortunate accident at home with acid which left her legs scarred. She was referred to a specialist burns unit and was advised to get a skin graft. The timeline for the appointment was over 3 months!
Frustrated and not feeling fully herself she began to research skin burns and skin grafting. In her intentional journey to healing and skin rejuvenation she realised that healing could actually take place from the inside out. This boosted her confidence.
On her next appointment with the consultant they were shocked to find out how quickly she had healed and referred to it as lucky! However there was a nurse who stated “well done and that more people should look for natural ways to heal themselves rather than relying on chemicals”
Feeling motivated, our founder took several professional courses to enhance her knowledge and she has not looked back since.
